Wall hanging kit

Wall hanging kit for displaying your picture frames on a wall, this kit also comes with complimentary frame bumpers that help protect your walls from scuffs and scratches if the frame was to be slightly moved when cleaning, the frame bumpers also allow a circulation of air around your picture frame. The frame bumpers are a professional touch that is not on the high street.

1.5mm spacers

These spacers are perfect for when no mount is present within your picture frame, they are fitted around the edge of your glass within your frame to create an air gap between the glazing and your photograph or artwork which then avoids your photograph or artwork sticking to your glass within your picture frame.

Assembly charge

Our bespoke frames come ready for you to place your photograph or artwork inside them, our assembly charge is for those of you that would not like to assemble it yourself.

Instructions to assemble your frame

1. Attach your artwork or photograph to your mount
2. place the backing board into your frame, securing it with flexi tabs provided
3. Seal the back of your frame up with tape to prevent dust or particles getting inside your frame
4. Attach your chosen hanging kit, a wall hanging kit will require you attaching your D rings with a screw that holds your picture framing cord in place. A sideboard kit will require you to simply place part one of your sideboard stand to your backing board then attach part two. Then fix together part one and two.

If you do not wish to assemble the frame yourself, simply post your picture or artwork to us recorded delivery enclosing a copy of your invoice with your delivery address, your frame will arrive back to you fully assembled with your photograph or artwork inside.

Barrier board

A barrier board is a sheet of acid neutral board that will sit behind your artwork or photograph inside the frame. It improves the lifespan and reduces fading of your artwork/photograph over very long periods of time.

Backing board

The backing board sits behind your artwork or photograph inside the frame. This helps reduce any rippling of your artwork or photograph and helps hold it flush against the glazing at the front of your picture frame.

Sticky fast mount

Sticky fast mount is perfect for mounting a photograph or artwork for framing to avoid the common problem of rippling/cockling. rippling/cockling is when a photograph, artwork or picture on paper has a rippling effect.

Our sticky Fastmount is a very good quality self adhesive mounting board. You can use our sticky fast mount to bond your photographs or artwork to which will avoid rippling effect. Please note, once something has been stuck onto our fastmount, it will be stuck onto the board permanently.
